Missing Staten Island mother and teacher’s human remains found at a storage facility in Tottenville

A Staten Island teacher, Jeanine Cammarata, went missing and was last seen on Saturday, March 30, 2019. The four foot and eleven mothers of 3 did not return phone calls or reported to work and was reported missing on Tuesday, April 2nd. Please take a good look and help the NYPD locate Jeanine Cammarata.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate the thirty-seven-year-old teacher who lives on Cassidy Place, near Snug Harbor. The teacher and mother work for a Dollar Tree on Midland Beach and at Public School 29 on Staten Island.

She was last seen at 228 McVeigh Avenue, Staten Island, New York and described as 4’11”, 120 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Family and friends called and texts with no reply. A friend of Jeanine according to 1010Wins received a text an iMessage from the missing. She believes it was not Jeanine who sent it. The family is afraid something may have gone wrong but hopeful.

A crime scene unit bus sits close by the storage unit where human remains were found. Authorities investigated a storage unit at 7 Arden Avenue, Staten Island, New York. The business Extra Space Storage was closed yesterday while the NYPD investigates what is believed to be the body for Ms. Cammarata. Later that afternoon, the NYPD confirmed a burned body and believes it was the human remains of the mother and teacher.
